About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST supports the Clinical Call Quality Project within the Clinical Programs team. This role is responsible for analyzing clinical call interactions to identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational performance. The analyst translates data insights into actionable recommendations that improve member and provider experiences, supporting process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Analyze clinical and customer service call data to find trends and improvement areas
Use call analytics tools to evaluate call quality, compliance, and customer sentiment
Convert data insights into business and operational recommendations
Identify patterns impacting call drivers and escalation reasons
Document and validate business requirements with stakeholders
Develop business requirements documents, process flows, user stories, and functional specs
Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify priorities
Support reporting and analytics solution development
Partner with teams to optimize workflows and improve call quality
Conduct gap and process assessments
Assist in designing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency
Create dashboards, reports, and presentations of findings
Present insights to leadership and stakeholders
Track outcomes and measure improvement impacts
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 1 year of business analysis experience in business, operational, healthcare, or clinical initiatives
At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or similar reporting tools
Minimum 6 months experience gathering and documenting business requirements
Minimum 6 months experience analyzing large datasets to identify insights
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary ranges from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on experience
