This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Account Manager - Mid-Market (Hebrew Speaking) based in Netherlands.
Join a customer-focused cybersecurity team dedicated to helping organizations strengthen their security posture and prevent cyber threats. As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to mid-market customers across Europe, helping them maximize the value of their security solutions. You will guide customers through onboarding, provide proactive technical support, and recommend best practices to improve platform adoption and performance. Working closely with support, engineering, and sales teams, you will resolve complex technical issues and advocate for customer needs. Your ability to communicate fluently in Hebrew and English will be essential to building strong relationships with customers at every organizational level. This remote opportunity combines technical problem-solving, customer success, and collaboration in a fast-moving cybersecurity environment.
