Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Summary
We are looking for a Site Engineer to supervise daily construction activities, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with contractors and project teams for the timely execution of work at the project site.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
Monitor material requirements and manpower deployment.
Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
Track project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the concerned teams.
Maintain daily site reports and other project documentation.
Ensure completion of assigned work within the specified timelines.
Required Skills
Knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Knowledge of site safety and quality standards.
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in construction or PEB projects will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
