It supports project execution by coordinating multiple phases from design to construction, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing costs effectively.
About the Opportunity:
The PROJECT MANAGER role is responsible for leading designated projects to meet client objectives and organizational goals. This position ensures project timelines and budgets are maintained, coordinates with various stakeholders including consultants and construction teams, and manages reporting and approvals. The role contributes to the success of projects by maintaining quality standards, managing resources, and supporting client relations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare agendas, master project budgets, and timelines for each project phase
Keep building management informed of project progress
Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews at all project phases
Assist with selection, contracting, and oversight of consultants and construction teams
Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices; communicate cost impacts
Support marketing of services as requested
Adhere to policies and cooperate with facility personnel to meet goals
Report major issues and recommendations to supervisors
Obtain management approvals for significant changes and expenditures
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and building codes
Maintain high standards of work quality and continuously improve skills
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Architecture
Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering/construction project roles
At least 5 years of project management experience
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in project management
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
$106,250.00 to $125,000.00 annual salary
