Positions: Guest Service Associate (GSA) & Captain

What you'll be doing:
- Deliver warm, attentive and knowledgeable guest service.
- Develop expertise in food, wines, cocktails and pairings.
- Manage table service, orders, billing and guest requests.
- Maintain service standards, hygiene and daily checklists.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
- Participate in international guest shifts, chef collaborations and special events.
- Captains: Lead assigned sections, train junior staff and handle guest concerns.
What we're looking for:
- Restaurant service experience (preferred for GSAs, required for Captains).
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- Genuine curiosity about food, beverages and hospitality.
- Discipline, integrity and willingness to learn.
- Ambition to grow professionally and deliver service at international standards.
Employment details:
- Full-time | 3-month probation
- 9-hour working day
- Fixed weekly off: Tuesday
- 24 days of annual paid leave after probation
- 15 days of temporary accommodation for new joiners
- Work across all three venues as rostered
