Key Responsibilities
Work as a hands-on Oracle Engagement Cloud (OEC) / Oracle CX Techno-Functional Consultant.
Understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle CX/OEC solutions.
Own solution design, configuration, technical customisation and integration activities.
Configure and enhance OEC business processes, UI, workflows and application functionality.
Develop/support integrations between OEC and surrounding enterprise applications using appropriate Oracle integration technologies.
Participate across the complete implementation lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, configuration/development, testing, deployment and go-live.
Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across Oracle CX/OEC.
Work directly with business, functional and technical stakeholders.
Provide solution guidance while remaining hands-on with delivery.

Integrations / Web Services / REST APIs
Groovy scripting
Application Composer / configuration tools
