About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Studies Faculty member to teach Commerce students of Classes 11 and 12. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts to ensure effective student learning.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Business Studies to students of Classes 11 and 12, aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
Develop comprehensive lesson plans, notes, presentations, and other learning resources.
Explain theoretical concepts using practical examples and real-world business scenarios.
Prepare students for board examinations through revision sessions, mock tests, and practice questions.
Solve previous years’ question papers and provide structured answers and explanations.
Engage students through interactive teaching methods and effective doubt-solving sessions.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
Collaborate with the academic team to maintain content quality and teaching standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Strong command of Business Studies for Classes 11 and 12.
Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
Prior online teaching experience will be preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students effectively.
Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and board examination patterns.
Willingness to teach from Noida or a nearby PW studio, as required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience teaching Commerce students in online or offline educational platforms.
Strong conceptual understanding of topics such as Business Environment, Principles of Management, Marketing Management, and Financial Management.
Ability to create an engaging and structured learning experience for students.
