Java AWS Full Stack Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION
Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, and full-stack application development.
Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular or React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Extensive experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and IAM.
Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, API design, application security, scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong database knowledge with PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, and SQL query optimization.
Experience leading development teams, assigning work, mentoring engineers, reviewing code, and ensuring delivery quality.
Strong experience coordinating with QA, BSA, Product, Architecture, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, sprint planning, backlog management, release management, and production support.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, ownership, and stakeholder management skills.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of experience in full-stack application development and enterprise application delivery.
Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, AWS, React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, databases, and DevOps practices.
Proven experience leading technical delivery for complex business-critical initiatives.
Experience managing work assignments, coordinating across teams, and driving end-to-end application delivery.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments.
