Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from multiple business sources such as sales reports, customer orders, delivery platforms, inventory, and marketing campaigns. The candidate will help management make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
· Collect and analyze data from multiple sources such as BI Platforms , Delivery platforms, and Excel reports
· Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly business KPIs
· Analyze sales trends across dine-in, takeaway, and online delivery channels
· Track platform performance (such as Swiggy, Zomato, and WhatsApp orders)
· Identify top-performing menu items and low-performing products
· Perform pricing and competitor analysis to support business growth
· Analyze customer behavior, repeat orders, and feedback trends
· Create dashboards and reports for management using visualization tools
· Detect anomalies, trends, and opportunities for cost optimization
Required Skills:
Technical Skills
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup formulas, IF/IFS, Charts, Dashboards)
· Knowledge of SQL for data extraction
· Basic understanding of Python / R for data analysis (preferred)
· Experience with visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
Analytical Skills
· Strong problem-solving ability

· Ability to identify patterns and trends
· Business understanding of restaurant operations
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field
· Freshers with strong analytical skills can also apply
· Experience in restaurant, retail, FMCG, or e-commerce analytics is a plus
