1.负责GPU服务器机型项目全周期TPM管理，覆盖引入、验证、部署到上线各阶段；
2.制定新机型引入的运营事项排期计划，跟进关键节点交付，保障项目按期落地；
3.主导新机型引入过程中的运营异常风险评估，协调内外部团队推动问题快速闭环；
4.维护服务器运营标准（部署规范、运维SOP、故障处理流程等），持续优化运营体系；
5.作为核心接口人与GPU厂商运营技术对接，主持全英文会议，对齐技术标准与交付节奏；
6.定期输出项目运营报告，沉淀方法论并赋能团队提升整体交付效率。
