In this remote role, you will lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions that improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
You will work across IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), custom applications, and enterprise integrations.
Partnering with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
You will also champion platform governance, upgrade-safe development, and ITIL best practices to ensure reliable and sustainable outcomes.
Beyond hands-on engineering, you will mentor colleagues, influence technical decisions, and help improve delivery standards across Agile teams.
