What You'll Do
Support contractors and technicians through inbound calls and case management
Investigate issues and identify timely, effective solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve questions and project concerns
Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems
Prioritize urgent matters while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Deliver professional, high-quality support in every interaction
Schedule & Requirements
100% Remote
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Equipment provided
Must live within commuting distance of Albany, NY, as initial training and occasional business needs will require in-person attendance at the Albany office

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albany, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
