Accounts Executive – Talent Toppers (Noida, Sector 62)
Talent Toppers is a Noida-based IT and Non-IT recruitment and staffing firm. We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliances, reporting and basic financial analysis. The role requires hands-on experience with Tally, taxation, reconciliations and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain books of accounts using Tally (entries, ledgers, vouchers).
• Create and manage invoices, credit notes and debit notes.
• Handle GST compliance including returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliations and filings.
• Manage TDS deductions, challans, returns and Form 16/16A.
• Prepare and provide inputs for ITR filings, audits and statutory compliances.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer and GST reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Assist in financial analysis, variance analysis and MIS reporting.
• Track receivables and payables, and support cash flow planning.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Handle other finance and accounting-related activities as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 2–5 years of accounting experience in an Indian firm.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
• Experience in reporting, MIS and basic financial analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience with CA firms or growing organizations preferred.
Other Details
• Location: Noida (Sector 62), work from office.
• Salary: ₹2.5 – 4 LPA.
• The role requires working from our CA office in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon for 3–5 days every month; additional travel allowance is paid per day worked in Gurgaon.
