The role
This company is rebuilding a legacy industry from the inside out. They acquire existing agencies, port their operations onto an AI-enabled platform, and automate the chaos that has defined the sector for decades. This isn't a role where you sit above the work. You'll join a small, fast-growing engineering team, owning an entire domain end-to-end. You'll partner directly with product managers, make architectural calls, and ship pragmatic AI and agentic systems to production — not just prototypes. The work
Understand legacy workflows, manual workarounds, and per-agency exceptions to identify the highest-leverage automation opportunities.
Design and implement end-to-end architectures for your domain, making critical technical decisions that connect directly to business outcomes.
Ship agentic systems and AI-powered features to production, ensuring they hold up under real-world operational load.
Collaborate closely with product managers to frame problems, define solutions, and drive the roadmap for your domain.
Be in the code, actively contributing to the codebase while guiding the technical direction and standards.
What You Bring
You've independently delivered complex systems from idea to production, owning the full lifecycle, not just contributing to parts of it.
You are strong across the full TypeScript stack, including Node.js on the backend and React on the frontend.
You have shipped agentic systems that hold up under real production load, applying AI pragmatically to solve business problems.
You make architectural decisions grounded in operational reality, connecting technical choices directly to business outcomes without being prompted.
You thrive in high autonomy and ambiguity, with ownership extending past
the ticket
in a startup or scale-up environment.
You are a fluent Russian speaker.
