Associate Business Systems Analyst (Saudi Arabia)

To process and analyze large datasets, prepare reports, and provide meaningful insights to support business decision-making and operational improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
Preferred major: bachelor degree in Management Information Systems (MIS).
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; distance-learning and online degrees are not accepted.
8 - 10 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Process and analyze large datasets using Microsoft Excel and professional PDF tools.
Extract information, interpret results, and provide conclusions to support decision-making.
Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Support reporting and data analysis activities, preferably within Learning & Development.
Required Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and professional PDF tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Excellent teamwork, attention to detail, and reporting capabilities.
Preferred Certifications
HR-related certification.
