About the Opportunity
Apply your expertise in psychology or psychiatry to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. You will assess psychological content, improve AI-generated responses, and ensure clinical accuracy, ethical standards, and cultural sensitivity. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, relevance, and ethical compliance.
Develop and review psychological case studies, assessments, and conversations for AI training.
Provide detailed feedback to improve responses involving clinical scenarios, research vignettes, and therapeutic dialogues.
Identify biases and inaccuracies and recommend evidence-based improvements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate psychological frameworks into AI training.
Ensure cultural, linguistic, and clinical appropriateness across diverse user scenarios.
Maintain clear documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing resources.
Required Qualifications
Completed PhD in Psychology or an MD with completed psychiatry residency.
Native proficiency in at least one of the following languages: French, Malay, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Urdu, Swahili, Bulgarian, Tagalog, Polish, Marathi, Lithuanian, Georgian, Bengali, Vietnamese, or Indonesian.
Advanced English communication skills.
Strong knowledge of psychological concepts, analytical evaluation, and ethical decision-making.
Ability to communicate complex psychological concepts clearly in writing and verbally.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in clinical practice, psychological or psychiatric research, or higher education.
Strong skills in psychological assessment, case study development, and documentation.
