Finance Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Salary: Up to 5 LPA
Industry: Garment Manufacturing
Experience: 5+ years in finance roles within the garment/apparel/fashion/manufacturing industry
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Implement and maintain ERP systems for efficient financial management.
Analyze financial data and provide insights using BI tools such as Zoho Analytics and Power BI.
Prepare financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles within the garment/apparel/fashion/manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
Experience with BI tools such as Zoho Analytics, Power BI, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management.
