Odoo Technical Lead & ERP Architect | Full-Stack | 100% Remote | Part-Time (3 hrs/day) | 1-Year Contract | Arabic Speaking
We are seeking a senior Odoo leader with proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale, highly customized Manufacturing ERP systems, combining full-stack development expertise, business workflow design, and technical team leadership.
Key Requirements
Experience: 7+ years in software development, extensive Odoo expertise, and proven leadership on major ERP implementations.
Large-Scale Projects: Architected and delivered complex, enterprise-level Odoo projects from business analysis through go-live.
Full-Stack Development: Expert in Odoo backend and frontend: Python, PostgreSQL, ORM, XML, JavaScript, OWL, QWeb, REST APIs, and integrations.
Manufacturing Expertise: Deep knowledge of MRP, BOM, production planning, engineering workflows, inventory, procurement, and manufacturing costing.
ERP Architecture: Expert in business process architecture and Odoo functional/technical architecture, module dependencies, scalability, and integration.
Code Review & QA: Expert in source-code auditing, architecture validation, coding standards, optimization, performance tuning, and technical approval.
Weighted Work Packages: Break requirements into measurable, weighted work packages; estimate effort, assign tasks, and control deliverables.
Developer Monitoring: Experience with monitoring software, Git-based tracking, time tracking, and objective developer productivity evaluation.
Technical Leadership: Manage remote development teams, resolve complex technical blockers, and deliver approved project milestones.

Mandatory Experience
Demonstrated technical leadership of large-scale, highly customized Odoo ERP implementations, preferably in complex manufacturing environments.
