Què faràs en el teu dia a dia?
⚡ Diagnosticar i reparar avaries en automatismes i equips electromecànics, pneumàtics, elèctrics i electrònics.
🔍 Interpretar plànols elèctrics, esquemes i documentació tècnica per identificar incidències.
🛠️ Realitzar comprovacions utilitzant instruments de mesura i equips de diagnòstic.
📉 Minimitzar els temps d’aturada de producció mitjançant intervencions correctives eficients.
🤝 Col·laborar amb Producció i la resta de l’equip de Manteniment per resoldre incidències i problemes recurrents.
📝 Registrar les intervencions realitzades i reportar incidències pendents.
📈 Participar en accions de millora contínua dels equips i processos.
🔐 Complir els procediments de seguretat i qualitat establerts per l’empresa.

Quins requisits busquem?
✅ CFGM o CFGS en Electricitat i Electrònica, Instal·lació i Manteniment o titulació equivalent.
✅ Experiència de 2 a 5 anys en manteniment electromecànic en entorns industrials.
✅ Disponibilitat per treballar a torns.
✅ Coneixements d'electricitat industrial, pneumàtica, automatismes industrials i components electrònics.
✅ Capacitat per interpretar plànols elèctrics, esquemes i documentació tècnica.
✅ Experiència en l’ús d’instruments de mesura i equips de diagnòstic.
✅ Coneixements bàsics d’eines informàtiques i sistemes de gestió de manteniment.
➕ Es valorarà experiència en automatismes industrials.
➕ Es valorarà anglès tècnic per a la interpretació de documentació i suport tècnic.

Would you like to join the Operations team at Jabil Tortosa?
We are looking for a responsible, solution-oriented, and technically curious individual to join our Automation Team. You will become part of a highly automated industrial environment, where you will play a key role in ensuring the proper operation of manufacturing equipment and minimizing production interruptions. We particularly value analytical thinking, commitment to safety and quality, and a willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
What will you do on a daily basis?
⚡ Diagnose and repair faults in automation systems and electromechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic equipment.
🔍 Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation to identify issues and root causes.
🛠️ Perform inspections and testing using measuring instruments and diagnostic equipment.
📉 Minimize production downtime through efficient corrective maintenance interventions.
🤝 Collaborate with Production and the Maintenance team to resolve equipment issues and recurring problems.
📝 Record completed maintenance activities and report any pending issues.
📈 Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment and manufacturing processes.
🔐 Comply with the company's established safety and quality procedures.

What qualifications are we looking for?
✅ Vocational Diploma (CFGM/CFGS) in Electrical and Electronic Systems, Installation and Maintenance, or an equivalent qualification.
✅ 2 to 5 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance within an industrial environment.
✅ Availability to work in shifts.
✅ Knowledge of industrial electricity, pneumatics, industrial automation systems, and electronic components.
✅ Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
✅ Experience using measuring instruments and diagnostic equipment.
✅ Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance management systems.
➕ Experience with industrial automation systems will be considered an asset.
➕ Technical English skills for interpreting documentation and receiving technical support will be considered an asset.
