Lead Management Specialist

We are looking for a polished, reliable Lead Management Specialist to be the first voice of our growing cleaning services business. You will answer inbound calls, respond quickly to new leads, and make sure every inquiry is captured accurately and handed off to our contractors. The ideal candidate has a confident phone presence, strong follow-up habits, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls professionally and respond promptly to new cleaning leads
Collect detailed customer information, including location, type of service, preferred timing, and special requests
Pass lead details clearly and accurately to contractors
Follow up with leads by phone and message to move them toward booking
Maintain a simple lead log and keep the status of each lead up to date
Communicate updates by email, with quick message pings for time-sensitive items
Provide general administrative and operations support as needed
Mandatory Skills:
Excellent spoken English with a clear, friendly phone presence
Experience handling inbound calls and following up with leads or customers
Strong written English for email and message follow-ups
Ability to take accurate notes and record customer details
Comfortable using phone and call-forwarding tools, and quick to learn new systems
Reliable internet and phone connectivity
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in lead management, customer service, or appointment setting
Background in cleaning, home services, or other service-based businesses
Familiarity with simple CRM tools or spreadsheets for lead tracking
Experience working with contractors or field teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups at the same time
