Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Defining maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities, and consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and/or facilities.
Solving major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines.
Proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.
Responding to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruption in the production process.
Qualifications for the role
You have a strong technical background, with a Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering.
You have experience in Maintenance Engineering within industrial or manufacturing environments.
You have experience in technical documentation management, spare parts identification and coding, and equipment data management.
You have experience managing suppliers and supporting small engineering and maintenance improvement projects.
You are skilled in problem solving, continuous improvement, and technical analysis.
You are a collaborative and structured professional, comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
You are at ease communicating in Italian and English.
Compensation Package

Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico
Minimum annual salary: €36.000
Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus
