Tech Lead - Solutions & Technology Advisory

We are looking for a Tech Lead – Solutions & Technology Advisory to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on software development, technical leadership, and client interaction.
We’re not necessarily looking for someone with years of management experience, but rather a technically confident professional who is ready to take on broader responsibilities, guide others, and contribute to technology decisions.
Responsabilities:
Actively participate in software development, contributing to the design, implementation, and improvement of technical solutions.
Support and guide junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing, collaboration, and good development practices.
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.
Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and architectural decisions.
Participate in client meetings, providing technical insights and helping identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Explore new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, and identify opportunities to integrate them into existing or new solutions.
Support technical discussions during early project stages, helping assess feasibility, requirements, and potential approaches.
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in software development.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles, development best practices, and application architecture.
Experience or familiarity with modern web development technologies.
Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and technologies such as React, Next.js, or Node.js is highly valued, but not mandatory.
Interest in Artificial Intelligence, including AI-powered tools, automation, or AI-driven solutions.
Ability to understand technical challenges and propose practical, scalable solutions.
Good communication skills and confidence interacting directly with clients.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support and mentor less experienced developers.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Annual gross salary between 50.000€ - 55.000€, depending on experience and skills.
