Job Description:
Overview
This position will work on-site for 6 months, then remote for 3 days a week.
This position requires an Application Administrator with expert-level proficiency across modern enterprise technologies, responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of critical systems that support the organization's mission. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration, Active Directory (on-prem and Entra ID), identity services, and current Microsoft Server environments. Mastery in configuring and supporting MFA, 550, and advanced identity integrations is essential. Candidates should also demonstrate hands-on expertise with HP Proliant host provisioning, DHCI with Nimble, VMware and Hyper-V virtualization, cluster migrations, and performance tuning to optimize complex infrastructure.
This role requires strong competency in cloud resilience and multi-provider environments. Applicants should have experience implementing Azure disaster recovery solutions-including Zerto replication and failover-along with managing email security technologies such as Cisco Secure Email Gateway, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. A strong understanding of SMTP, DNS, and email flow is required to safeguard organizational communications. Familiarity with enterprise backup platforms including Veeam, Rubrik, Data Domain deduplication, and immutable backup strategies is highly desirable.
