Business Excellence Manager

We're looking for a senior Product Excellence professional with 10–15 years of experience who can establish and drive the operating rhythm for a software/AI product organization.
Location - Noida
Experience: 10-15 years, product or business ops OKRs and sprint experience
Worked in a similar role with Software / AI companies
Credibility across cross-functional teams
Comfortable with ambiguity, change management and agility
Understanding of product / IP build and commercial models
Master Black Belt (MBB)
Operating Rhythm: Planning cycles aligned to long-term business goals (specific focus on product roadmap and commercial goals), ensuring regular governance / cadences, and infrastructure reviews. These include:
Roadmap governance, including priorities, risks and timely escalations
Release cycles
Consistent OKRs across Business / Product metrics
Governance frameworks – including AI deployments (RAI, Compliance)
Cross-team (Product, Presales, BAG, Delivery) collaboration, including
Market insights and consistent use across teams
Leveraging partner ecosystem
Best practices
Repeatable/reuse approaches
Client meetings prep – framework, quality, and consistency
Performance tracking
People (both human and AI)
GTM collateral quality and consistency
