Sponsorships Coordinator - Croatia

About the role
The role will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities with external partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all contracted sponsorship rights, media placements and agreed deliverables are executed correctly and on time.
This is primarily an operational and coordination-focused role, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail and previous experience working in marketing.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day execution of sponsorships and media partnerships across sports, entertainment, TV, cinema and digital media.
- Maintain an overview of sponsorship agreements, contracted rights, deliverables, timelines and partner commitments.
- Track the execution of agreed sponsorship activities and ensure all contracted deliverables are delivered correctly and on time.
- Coordinate campaign materials, announcements, branded content, media placements and other sponsorship assets with partners.
- Coordinate sponsorship-related content and joint social media activations with external partners.
- Monitor scheduled media placements and verify that agreed positions, formats and volumes have been delivered.
- Review monthly partner reports and reconcile delivered activities against contractual commitments.
- Identify missing or delayed deliverables and proactively follow up with partners until completion.
- Create and manage internal tickets related to sponsorship activities and required assets.
- Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Media, Design and other internal stakeholders throughout the sponsorship process.
- Maintain sponsorship documentation, contracts, offers, reports, presentations and supporting materials.
- Maintain Excel trackers covering sponsorship rights, deliverables, timelines, costs and execution status.
- Ensure sponsorship documentation and activity records are accurate, complete and up to date.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, sponsorships, media, account management or marketing operations.
- Previous experience coordinating marketing activities with external partners, agencies or media owners.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- High level of ownership, responsibility and attention to detail.
- Strong administrative skills and ability to work accurately with contracts, reports and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple partners, activities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive approach to following up on outstanding tasks and deliverables.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Native Croatian (written and spoken).
- Good English (written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Previous experience working with sponsorships, media partnerships or branded content.
- Experience in sports, entertainment, media, betting/gaming or another sponsorship-heavy industry.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint / Google Slides.
