What you'll do as our new Mechanical Designer in Lévis:
Support client needs related to 2D and 3D design and drafting using CAD software
Contribute to projects across a variety of industries, including transportation, aerospace, automotive, and more
Adapt designs according to customer technical requirements and manufacturing constraints
Prepare technical documentation associated with engineering projects
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to ensure successful project execution
What will help you succeed in your new Mechanical Designer role in Lévis:
College diploma (DEC) or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
2 to 5 years of experience in mechanical design
Proficiency with at least one CAD software package such as CATIA V5, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, Inventor, or equivalent
Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and product design
Willingness to travel and work at client sites when required
Interest in artificial intelligence tools and the ability to critically assess AI-generated outputs
