About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
Savanta is looking for a Workplace and Learning Coordinator to help shape the way our UK team works, learns and connects.
About Us:
Savanta is a leading data, market research and advisory company helping the world's leading brands make better decisions, faster. With over 500 people across offices in multiple countries, we combine deep research expertise, proprietary technology and high-impact consulting to give our clients a complete view of their markets, their customers and their competitors.
About the Role:
This is a unique, highly visible and wide-ranging role spanning office operations, onboarding, learning and development, and employee experience. As the consistent face of our London office and a trusted operational backbone for People, Talent and the wider business, you'll help colleagues do their best work every day.
This is a hands-on, people-first role for someone with energy, excellent organisation and strong relationships at every level of the business, who can juggle competing priorities with calm and positivity.
In this role you will have responsibility for:
Workplace experience: shaping a welcoming, fun office through thoughtful touches and team moments, and keeping the space looking and feeling its best.
Office operations: managing stock and ordering, meeting and event bookings (Condeco), catering, facilities and AV liaison with Next 15, health and safety checks and compliance records.
Events and socials: supporting company-wide meetings and events, organising internal social and wellbeing activity with employee committees, and helping to grow our global Culture Champion Programme.
Recruitment and onboarding: coordinating candidate interviews and assessment days, managing candidate communications, and welcoming new starters with first-day inductions and a seamless onboarding experience.
Learning and development: organising training end to end, administering the Academy (LearnAmp LMS), tracking attendance and mandatory training, and supporting skills gap analysis and the mentoring programme.
People projects: co-leading a global onboarding day for new starters, keeping the intranet up to date, and working with Marketing on our monthly newsletter.
There is an expectation to be in the office 4-5 days per week.
About You:
You bring previous experience working in an office environment, supporting day-to-day operations and the people in it.
In addition, our ideal candidate will be:
Proactive: you anticipate what's needed and act before being asked.
Reliable: a positive face of the office, welcoming new joiners and long-standing colleagues alike.
Genuinely enthusiastic about people: with a natural talent for bringing them together.
Calm and organised: managing competing priorities with close attention to detail.
A relationship builder: earning trust across all levels of the business, from graduates to the ELT.
Solutions-minded: bringing ideas for continuous improvement, particularly around the office, onboarding and employee experience.
Confident to say no or redirect: protecting your capacity for the work that matters most.
Discreet and professional: handling confidential or sensitive matters with care.
