Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals is a key part of the daily routine, alongside continuous refinement and adjustment of the software to optimize performance and usability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache JMeter.
Good To Have Skills: Performance Testing Strategy, Generative AI.
Experience in designing and executing performance test plans and scripts.
Ability to analyze test results and identify bottlenecks or issues affecting application performance.
Familiarity with integrating testing tools into continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills related to software performance and scalability.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Apache JMeter.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
