Monitor SLA performance; flag aging items and bottlenecks early.
Maintain intake logs, including ad-hoc sites outside the formal pipeline

Manage project intake screening and keep project records complete.
Capture meeting decisions and track action items.
Maintain site tour logs and consolidate PM feedback from site visits.
Coordinate document control across the client, charging partners and internal teams.
Continuous improvement
Identify repetitive manual work and seek out automation opportunities.
Support the Team Lead on process, playbook and tooling improvements
Provide support to Regional PMs on routine deliverables during peak periods.
Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Experience supporting construction of service centers, transportation hubs, or infrastructure-heavy facilities.
Familiarity with permitting and utility coordination processes.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Google workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet or Sitetracker).
