Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying efficiencies and recommending enhancements.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and project updates to support data-driven decision making.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects across engineering, business, or technology domains.
- Support project managers and analysts in tracking milestones and managing resources effectively.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and ensure project deliverables are met on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and drive strategic initiatives.
- Participate in hands-on learning experiences and contribute to projects that align with Intel's business objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration ,Data Analyst, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
0-1 years of hands-on experience in project/program management, with demonstrated skills gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools and applications, with experience in programming and data analysis (e.g., Python, Excel, Power BI, SQL, or equivalent).
Basic knowledge of performance metrics and resource management principles.
English proficiency-written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
