Job Title: Fieldglass Manager
Department/Client Account: IFM – SCB Account
Line Manager: Governance Lead

Job Summary/Goals: The Facilities Manager is responsible for providing support to ensure all Fieldglass related activity on the Global SCB Account is attended to in an effective and efficient manner. Must also demonstrate a high level of security/compliance awareness at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities

Planning:
Lead collaborative dialogue with Clients / Workplace Lead / Facility Managers
Continuously discuss on-boarding plan and scope with relevant parties to ensure scope of work is up to date.
Manage competing priorities, provide explicit directions, and establish clear expectations from and for stakeholders.
Administration:
Timeously address client queries in relation to the onboarding process
Engage with relevant internal departments to ensure timeous drafting of service level agreement(s)
Engage with Program Officers regarding on-boarding clearance and offboarding.
Obtain all internal and external go-live approvals.
Ensure all “KYC” On boarding documents are completed correct and validated
Facilitation
Identify, define, implement, and lead client onboarding process, focusing on end-to-end ownership of the client experience.
Proactively approach client onboarding with a sense of urgency, maintaining a high level of quality while balancing speed-to-market
Proactively identify risks or challenges to ensure efficient client onboarding.
Demonstrate a service excellence mindset to accommodate a smooth onboarding process for clients.
Stakeholder Management
Provide subject matter expertise when engaging clients on ‘go-live’ implementation ensuring clients have been given adequate training and demonstrations of various platforms from a user perspective.
Anticipate client needs in relation to training, platform demonstrations or onsite support and engage relevant internal teams to ensure clients’ needs are met timeously.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting to assurance requirements and client requirements.
Create onboarding Programme (Onboarding Platform)
Facilitate training liaising with SMEs
Enhance buddy programme
Manage Knowledge Library
Overview and Track all required trainings for the account
Skills/Competencies
Proactive
Knowledge of Facilities Management processes preferable
IT Skills, Outlook, Excel, Word.
Professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude
Good attention to detail
Ability to show initiative
Excellent communication skills
Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
Customer service background essential
Experience:
Experience of working within a high-profile corporate environment
Qualifications
Degree would be beneficial
Human Resources exposure/experience
Technical facilities background preferred (Facilities Management, Engineering, Project Management or related job experience)
