🚀 We're hiring a Customer Success Representative (Sales) for a fast-growing youth fitness center.
📍 Location: 100% remote
🎯 What you'll do:
→ Turn inbound leads into trials and enrollments (calls, SMS and email)
→ Win back families who left, inviting them to return
→ Offer add-on programs (camps and classes) to currently enrolled families
→ Spot families at risk of leaving and keep them engaged
✅ What we're looking for:
→ 2-3 years of sales experience
→ Excellent written and spoken English
→ CRM skills (Go High Level is a plus)
→ Energetic, organized and sales-driven
