IT Recruiter/ Talent Sourcer

Through our outstaffing model, specialists work directly with companies in the DACH region. Meanwhile, mcpk. handles all the operational support - ensuring smooth processes and providing everything needed for work, from hardware to English lessons. We don’t interfere in daily tasks, as we are big fans of simplicity, autonomy, and transparency.
We are expanding our talent acquisition team and are open to hiring a dedicated IT Recruiter/ Talent Sourcer to strengthen our team.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of professional experience in IT sourcing and/or recruiting for technical IT positions.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
Solid understanding of IT roles and technology stacks to identify and assess relevant candidates.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling messages and managing candidate communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and candidates simultaneously.
Creative problem-solving skills to handle challenging searches and adapt strategies as needed.
Experience with ATS and/or CRM systems.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and German at an Intermediate Strong / Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Responsibilities:
Proactively source qualified candidates using diverse methods and strategies to build and sustain robust talent pipelines.
Ensure accurate and timely records of all candidate interactions in our ATS.
Conduct market mapping and talent availability analysis across different regions to evaluate talent supply based on specific requests.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest sourcing trends and recruitment best practices to improve effectiveness continuously.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of client needs and role specifics, facilitating the identification of the best fit.
