Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows to support business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs.
Work on Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Support ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize platform performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions.
Follow ServiceNow development best practices and documentation standards.
Required Skills
Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
Knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Certified Application Developer (CAD) is an added advantage.
Experience with CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules is a plus.
