The Manager, Private Cloud Services , provides operational management for the University’s on-premises infrastructure. This role is responsible for overseeing the specialized teams dedicated to Hardware, Backup, Storage, and VMware virtualization. The manager ensures the high availability, security, and scalability of the private cloud environment that supports mission-critical enterprise applications. As a technical leader, the incumbent manages the lifecycle of physical and virtual assets, develops service-level agreements (SLAs), and aligns private cloud capabilities with the University’s broader hybrid cloud strategy.
