Our GovCloud Development Platform engineering teams are responsible for building out and maintaining large-scale distributed systems that supports hundreds of features for high-compliance environments.
As a software engineer intern on the GovCloud Development Platform team, you will work within team-defined designs and architecture to help deliver robust product onboarding experiences, cloud-native services, and resilient infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers to implement your project ensuring high availability and security compliance for our software services.

Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline
Must be located in North America
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming/design, algorithms, and data structures and how to efficiently implement them into a solution
Strong understanding of CS fundamentals and practical coding application
Team player with demonstrated collaboration skills

Coursework in SQL and relational database concepts
Proficiency in Java, Javascript and related frameworks
Working knowledge of HTML and web technologies
Knowledge of front end and back end languages
Strong communication skills - written, verbal and visual
