Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Auto BI Senior Resolution Manager. The role involves overseeing and resolving complex claims, The Auto BI Senior Resolution Manager will also be responsible for leveraging business intelligence tools to enhance decision-making and performance. You will do significant work in partnership with our clients. Take responsibility to make better decisions, earlier in the life of every claim. Identify and deliver the right resources,
at the right time and in the right place. Think critically, solve problems, plan and prioritize activities. Serve clients, effectively communicate and embrace new challenges to drive your success.
Qualifications
Strong Technical Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
High School Diploma
Minimum of 5 years related claims experience required
Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
