Asistente de Recepción de muestras

- Recibir las muestras, teniendo en cuenta los procedimientos establecidos, con la finalidad de asegurar que las muestras en físico coincidan con las cadenas de custodia.
- Revisar el estado físico de las muestras, teniendo en cuenta el volumen, tipo de frasco, preservación y demás ítems mencionados en cadena de custodia; a fin de contribuir con alguna observación con respecto a las muestras.
- Ejecutar correctamente la codificación de las muestras, con la finalidad de asegurar su distribución de acuerdo a lo asignado por el sistema My Lims.
- Preparar y programar el envío de muestras al extranjero a fin de asegurar que las muestras lleguen en condiciones idóneas para el análisis.
- Coordinar envíos de muestras entre las sedes y laboratorios externos a con la finalidad de cumplir los requerimientos del cliente.
- Distribuir las muestras al laboratorio, teniendo mayor énfasis en las muestras microbiológicas, con la finalidad de garantizar el tiempo de conservación de la muestra antes del análisis.
- Verificar y registrar la temperatura de los equipos asignados a Recepción de Muestras, a fin de asegurar la funcionalidad del equipo.
- Otras funciones que le sean requeridos por su jefatura inmediata.
