What you’ll do
Navigate complex legal landscapes and regulatory environments to provide practical, actionable advice that balances legal risk with business goals.
Lead the drafting and negotiation of multifaceted agreements, managing internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and move projects forward at speed.
Unblock critical business initiatives by identifying creative legal solutions to problems that have never been solved before in the digital-to-physical space.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and policy teams to influence product design and business strategy from an early stage.
Own legal projects end-to-end, managing shifting priorities and high-pressure deadlines while maintaining a high bar for accuracy and professional integrity.
Manage tension and influence outcomes without formal authority, acting as a steady hand for the business during moments of high stakes and intense public scrutiny.
Basic Qualifications
J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one state bar.
4+ years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
Strong experience in commercial transactions, litigation, or regulatory law.
Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the technology, transportation, or gig-economy sectors.
Demonstrated ability to think critically and develop robust legal frameworks for unique challenges.
Strong interpersonal skills with a history of building trust and influencing stakeholders across diverse business units.
