The role:
My client, a growing HealthTech Firm are seeking an experienced Information Security Engineer / CISO to join their team. You may already be early on in your career as a CISO, or looking to take the next step up as a Senior Information Security Engineer into a CISO role.
My client are SME sized, and someone who has a background from similar sized organisations is highly desirable.
The organisation operate in the HealthTech sector, and previous experience within this domain is ideal. Someone who has a background within SaaS is also useful.
You will have a small team around you and a lot of autonomy to shape the Information Security function as you see fit.
Responsibilities:
Assessing and suggesting improvement for the current Information Security setup
Management reporting
Develop and deliver Information Security strategy
Understanding risk from a Security standpoint
Security roadmaps and future proofing
Experience required:
Experience working within HealthTech / an SME sized SaaS organisation (or some combination of both)
Ability to build and lead an Information Security function
Strong documentation skills
Risk management and analysis
Experience in building out Compliance frameworks
Enablement of successful Penetration Testing
Developing a Risk Management plan
Writing Security policies and procedures
