Vice President - GenAI Strategy & Business Transformation
We are looking for an experienced Vice President - GenAI Strategy & Business Transformation to drive enterprise-wide Generative AI adoption and business transformation initiatives within financial services organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI strategy, enterprise AI adoption, digital transformation, and implementing AI-powered solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute enterprise-wide GenAI strategy and AI adoption roadmaps.
Drive AI-led business transformation across banking, financial services, investment banking, and asset management.
Identify high-impact GenAI use cases and scale solutions from proof of concept to production.
Lead the adoption of LLMs, AI-powered applications, copilots, and intelligent automation.
Partner with senior business leaders, technology teams, and risk and compliance stakeholders.
Establish AI governance, responsible AI practices, data privacy, and risk management frameworks.
Measure AI adoption, productivity improvements, business impact, and ROI.
Lead change management and enterprise-wide AI implementation initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
15+ years of experience in technology leadership, AI strategy, digital transformation, or business transformation.
Proven experience in GenAI strategy, enterprise AI adoption, or large-scale AI transformation.
Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and enterprise AI applications.
Experience moving AI initiatives from pilot to production and driving organizational adoption.
Strong knowledge of financial services, banking, investment banking, or asset management.
Experience with AI governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
