We are looking for a client-focused Account Manager who excels at building lasting relationships, strengthening customer satisfaction, and driving long-term account growth. In this remote role, you will manage the entire post-sale client experience, from onboarding and service launches to ongoing support, retention, and expansion opportunities. You will work closely with a US-based team to ensure clients understand their marketing strategies, receive exceptional service, and achieve meaningful results. Combining relationship management, project coordination, and digital marketing knowledge, you will proactively resolve challenges and identify opportunities to improve client outcomes.
