Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) Security Officer - Greenbushes, WA

MSS Security is seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Security Officers for a Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) opportunity based in Greenbushes, WA. This role offers stable work, attractive rosters, and the opportunity to work within a professional and supportive team environment.
About the Role
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our client, employees, contractors, and visitors. This position requires individuals who demonstrate strong communication skills, sound judgement, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct access control and visitor management
Perform regular patrols of the site
Monitor CCTV and security systems
Respond to incidents and emergencies
Complete accurate reports and documentation
Conduct workplace drug and alcohol testing (where required)
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining site security standards
Essential Requirements:
Current WA Security Officer Licence
Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 or equivalent)
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
Occupational First Aid (HLTSS00068)
Perform Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing (HLTPAT010)
Current National Police Clearance
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Highly Regarded:
Previous mining, industrial, or regional security experience
Cert II or Cert III in Security Operations
Experience working in remote or regional environments

Important Information
This is a DIDO position based in Greenbushes, WA. Applicants must be willing and able to travel to and from site at the commencement and completion of each roster. Accommodation may be provided during rostered shifts where applicable.
