Job Role: Machine Learning Specialist
Work Arrangement: Remote
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, modify, and validate machine learning models, algorithms, and model components.
Build reproducible training, inference, and evaluation workflows using Python and command-line tools.
Design and implement data pipelines, numerical methods, evaluation systems, and supporting infrastructure.
Debug complex code, numerical inconsistencies, computational errors, and system-level failures.
Optimize memory usage, computational throughput, execution efficiency, and model performance.
Create, solve, review, and validate challenging machine learning engineering tasks.
Use AI coding agents and AI-assisted development tools to support coding, debugging, code review, and technical problem-solving.
Design and execute tests to verify implementation correctness, reliability, and performance against defined requirements.
Independently review technical implementations, identify issues, and refine solutions to meet expected engineering standards.
Required Qualifications
A master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
Strong professional or research experience in machine learning.
Practical proficiency in Python programming.
Hands-on experience using AI coding agents or equivalent AI-assisted coding tools.
Strong analytical thinking, debugging, coding, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently develop, test, review, troubleshoot, and validate technical implementations.
Familiarity with numerical methods, computational workflows, and performance-sensitive engineering tasks.
