About the Role
The company is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of product features from initial concept through development, launch, and ongoing improvement. You will work across frontend interfaces and backend infrastructure, building reliable applications and integrations that support the company's stablecoin platform.
Working closely with product, design, operations, finance, external partners, and customers, you will gather requirements, develop prototypes, and deliver practical solutions. The role calls for strong product judgment, an MVP-focused approach, and the ability to make sound decisions across user experience, API design, databases, and backend systems.
The technology stack includes TypeScript, React, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana. The team values real-time collaboration, so candidates should be able to work substantial overlapping hours with Eastern Time business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-stack features and products from initial prototyping through launch, iteration, and ongoing improvement.
Build and maintain user-facing interfaces and reliable backend services.
Design and develop APIs, database schemas, and integrations that support platform functionality.
Collaborate with product, design, operations, finance, and external partners to gather requirements and refine solutions.
Work directly with customers and partners on integrations and iterative feature development.
Apply an MVP-focused approach to scope milestones, deliver usable solutions, gather feedback, and improve products quickly.
Maintain clean, reliable code and implement automated testing.
Design and maintain APIs with appropriate versioning, documentation, and authentication patterns.
Consider user experience and product design when making technical decisions.
Contribute to the development and operation of applications using the company's technology stack.
Support performance improvements, reliability, and efficient service operation.
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of full-stack development experience.
At least 3 years of experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and a modern frontend framework, preferably React.
Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
Demonstrated experience delivering production systems across frontend and backend with high uptime and low maintenance requirements.
Strong product instincts and an eye for good design, including the ability to work from Figma designs and provide constructive feedback.
Experience working directly with external partners and customers on requirements gathering, integrations, and feature development.
An MVP mindset and the ability to scope, deliver, evaluate, and improve features quickly.
Commitment to clean code principles and automated testing.
Strong knowledge of API design, versioning, documentation, and modern authentication patterns.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote, asynchronous environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
A track record of prototyping and launching customer-facing products.
Familiarity with performance profiling, latency reduction, and service-level requirements.
Experience designing and operating event-driven architectures.
Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Interest in building tools that improve how people work with money.
Hands-on experience in crypto development, including onchain libraries, services, and blockchain infrastructure integrations.
Experience integrating with blockchain node software, such as Geth or Solana validators.

Employment Type: Full-time
Work Location: Candidates near Eastern Time are preferred. Exceptional candidates in Pacific Time through ET+2 are also welcome.
Working Hours: Substantial overlap with Eastern Time business hours is required.
