Do Work That Matters
As a Home Lending Executive, you'll help customers navigate some of their biggest financial decisions, from buying their first or next home through to refinancing and more complex lending needs. This is a senior lending role with a strong focus on building your own business. With the strength of the CommBank brand behind you, alongside market-leading technology, specialist partners and an established branch network, you'll have the support to focus on what you do best: deeply understanding your customers, building trusted relationships and taking ownership of great lending outcomes.

You'll join our Customer Service Lending team, working closely with branch colleagues, specialist partners and customers across the local market. You'll take ownership of your lending portfolio and build a strong presence in the community, trusted to identify opportunities, develop relationships and guide customers through the lending journey. You'll be encouraged to bring your experience, stay curious about the market and continually look for ways to make the lending experience simpler and better for customers.
In this role, you will:
Build and convert your home lending pipeline through proactive business development.
Develop strong relationships across the local community.
Lead high-quality, needs-based lending conversations, including more complex lending scenarios.
Own your lending applications from first conversation to settlement, backed by dedicated credit and processing support.
Partner closely with branch colleagues, credit specialists and support teams to deliver seamless customer outcomes.
Guide customers through each milestone of their journey with clear, proactive communication and follow-up.
Use customer and market insights to identify opportunities and continually improve the experience.
Draw on expert credit and lending support to ensure applications meet policy, regulatory and responsible lending requirements.

A proven ability to build and convert a self-generated lending pipeline.
