RFI Specialist/Business Intelligence

We are seeking a detail-oriented RFI Specialist/Business Intelligence professional to support business development, sales, and cross-functional teams within the clinical research and life sciences industry. In this role, you will manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and support Request for Proposal (RFP) activities, ensuring that customer-facing deliverables are accurate, compelling, and professionally presented. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders across multiple departments to gather insights, analyze business data, and develop tailored responses that strengthen competitive positioning. The position also involves preparing capability reports, maintaining knowledge management platforms, and responding to business intelligence requests. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a collaborative, global environment.
