Property Executive (Parkway Parade)

Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for a Property Executive to be based at Parkway Parade.
Responsibilities :
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Understand and have good knowledge of the M&E systems within the asset and with the Building Manager, ensure that the systems are operated within the design efficiencies and smoothly.
Understand and be familiar with Corporate’s requirements, policies, standards and procedures
Review and identify any areas of improvement for asset operation for both soft services and M&E systems and ensure that the operation of the asset is optimal at all times
Assist in overseeing the operation of soft services which includes management of service providers and tenants’ feedback in a fair manner
Working closely with the team to understand the M&E Systems within the assets. Ensure that the systems are operated within design intent
Reviews of LLR’s standard operation procedures and review asset existing operation process and house-rules to identify any gaps and areas for improvements
Assist with preparation and reviewing of the annual operation expenses and forecasts
Preparation of all necessary reports including budget, Annual Business Plan, Asset Review Reports etc.
