The Role
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of learning programs, from planning and development to delivery and assessment.
• Design and facilitate engaging enablement workshops and learning solutions for employees at all levels.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to identify talent gaps and create tailored solutions.
• Develop and manage programs focused on onboarding new hires and accelerating their productivity.
• Innovate with AI-powered tools to automate workflows and personalize learning experiences.
What You'll Need
• 5+ years of combined experience in learning and development, enablement, organizational development, or HR.
• Proven ability to design and deliver manager development and onboarding programs.
• Experience leveraging AI for workflow automation, insights analysis, or curriculum creation.
• Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage programs from concept to delivery.
