Social Media Analyst

Schedule: Mon-Fri 4AM - 12:30PM EST / EDT

Your responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth Internet investigations
Administer identity resolution processes to ensure the accuracy of the content
Analysis of online content for any red-flag behaviors
Compile quick and concise client reports
Self-monitoring of required performance metrics
Regular communication with product managers and team members to ensure high- quality products and client satisfaction
Profile Confirmation (PC), Post Rate (PR), and Web Content (WC)
You are our perfect candidate if you have:
English at the C1/C2 level;
Analytic investigation skills
Organized and dedicated
Previous Social Media experience
Smart and critical thinker;
Tech savvy
Previous Customer Support experience
Ability to remain focused while working remotely.
